Miller & Chevalier's Legal Aid Cooking Competition win was covered in Bisnow. The cook-off comes on the heels of the eight-week Generous Associates Campaign, which raised a record $1.367 million for the Legal Aid Society. The top producing DC-based law firms qualified to field a team at the third annual cooking competition. Miller & Chevalier's team won for the second straight year with an "Apple & Pork Stack," composed of caramelized honey crisp apples with beer and maple syrup, crispy bacon and an apple and Brussels sprout slaw, served with an apple sangria on the side.
The firm's winning team included Employee Benefits Senior Associate Michael Chittenden, Tax Associates Nicholas Metcalf and Lisandra Ortiz and Litigation Associates Theresa Androff and Sarah Dowd.
